1. How did you start your website and, most importantly, why?
I started my site because my husband had some health problems that we changed our diet to help control. He was cured within 3 months of going plant-based. Since I had to recreate everything we ate, I decided to document it all on a website because my friends and family were all asking for the recipes, and I figured if I could help someone else that would be an added bonus.2. What is your biggest motivation now, when creating content?
I now create recipes to share with others and show them that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing taste, flavor or things you want to eat.
